National UK Delivery
We strive to despatch most orders on the day they are
received. However, any order received after 2.30 p.m. may
be despatched the following working day, and all orders received
after 4.30 will be despatched on the following working day.
During peak times, such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day,
Father's day etc., orders may
be despatched the day after they are received. However, all
orders will be processed within 48 hrs of receipt.
Deliveries will normally be made by City Link and a signature is
required. Most orders will be delivered on the following working
day but we do use a 48 hr service so please allow two
working days before alerting us to non
delivery.

Taking Delivery of Your Parcel
When your parcel is delivered please check the exterior
of the packaging immediately to ensure there is no visible damage. If
you think the contents are damaged in any way please do NOT
accept delivery.
In any event, you must notify us of any problems or damage
within 5 days of receipt of order. We will not guarantee
to send a replacement if you do not notify us within this
period.
If you are unsure if there is any damage please add the
following next to your signature:
'Received but not checked'.

If you would like to arrange personal collection from Tilbrook
then please
choose the 'Customer Collection' option at the checkout.
Please phone to arrange a
suitable collection time.

Returns and Refunds
If there is a fault with the delivered goods, or an error
made with your payment, we will promptly, and as the circumstances demand, replace the goods
or make a refund. Refunds will only be made to the original payee.
