Deliveries will be made by courier and a signature will be required. The service is normally next day but please allow three days before alerting us to non delivery. 

Local Collection Option

If you would like to arrange personal collection from Tilbrook then please choose the 'Customer Collection' option at the checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with the goods delivered or with your payment, we will promptly and as the circumstances demand, replace the goods or make a refund to the original payee.
